Step 3

Our expert legal team process and submit your Residency application

Residency in Spain will handle every aspect of the residency process including the renewal applications.

The process is straightforward and applicants will be aided every step of the way by our expert legal team. The initial 3-step process is as follows:

1. Applicant subscribes to Residency in Spain
2. Applicant fills in the initial documents and sends them back to the Residency in Spain team
3. Residency in Spain makes the preliminary application to the Immigration Department

If the initial response is successful, the following process applies:

1. Applicant begins property search process
2. Applicant completes on property
3. Applicant signs a Power of Attorney approving Residency in Spain to act on all residency-related matters
4. Client receives the Golden Visa within a month
5. Residency in Spain handles any subsequent renewal applications including for spouses and children under 18
